030612, Sunday, Waiting for the thatch

 I was expecting the thatch to be there before Thursday, but everyday something has gone wrong, from the truck’s brakes that broke, then the guy who’s organising it for me got tickbite fever and today the road is apparently too wet and muddy to drive on.  I really didn’t think it rained that much last night.  The soil didn’t even get wet.

Anyway, I wonder what the next excuse might be.  Or maybe I get pleasantly surprised and it actually gets here today still.  Just gotta keep the faith.
